Plain-language terms for projects ordered through this site.

The work

When you order a package, Thumbkings ("we") creates the number of thumbnails and icons listed for that package, for the Roblox experience you name. Delivery times start once we have access to your place (a place file, Team Create access, or equivalent assets) and a complete brief.

Payment

Packages are paid once, in full, before work starts. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes where they apply.

Revisions

Launch includes two rounds of revisions. Growth and Flagship include unlimited revisions before the set goes live, within the original brief. A change of direction, game or scope after drafts are delivered may be quoted as a new project.

Testing and results

Where a package includes testing, we use Roblox's Home Page thumbnail personalization and report the results we can see in the Creator Dashboard. We don't guarantee any change in play-through rate, click-through rate, player numbers or revenue. Those depend on many things outside our control, including the game itself and Roblox's systems.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund until we deliver first drafts. After first drafts are delivered, the project isn't refundable, but we'll keep revising within the package terms. If we can't deliver the package at all, we refund you in full.

Ownership and usage

Once paid in full, you own the final delivered images and can use them anywhere, including on Roblox and social media. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to before delivery. Your game, place files and assets remain yours; we use them only to make your project.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the assets you send us, and that your experience follows Roblox's Terms of Use. You're responsible for how the final images are used, including meeting Roblox's rules on thumbnails.

Thumbkings is an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Privacy

We collect what you give us in the order form (name, email, Discord and Roblox usernames, your brief), the files you upload, and public information about your game from Roblox. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. We use this information only to deliver and support your project, and share it only with the services that make that possible (Stripe for payments, our hosting provider, and our internal team chat for order alerts).

Uploaded files for unpaid orders are deleted automatically after a few days. For paid projects, we keep files and project records for as long as needed to support your project and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
